Built-in Organizing Project Reveal

I am excited to announce that I finally completed my built-in organizing! Even though it was a rather small project, it took me weeks to complete thanks to the busy season of sports and activities we are in with my family. I shared a post about my 3 step process for organizing and how I used it to overhaul and organzie our Living Room Built ins! You can read the post by clicking here.

Bedroom Makeover Moodboard

Last weekend I did a consult for some good friends of mine. They are about to embark on a major bedroom makeover and they wanted some help coming up with a design plan. I used our consultation at the inspiration for my weekly #moodboardmonday post I like to share over on instagram. The statement pieces in this furniture design plan are the leather bed and beautiful dresser from Article. What do you think?

Urban Barn Design Presentation

I visited my friends at Urban Barn in West Vancouver this week to talk about an upcoming Design Presentation I will be presenting at. More details about that to follow! While I was in the store I couldn't help snap some photos to share with you. As you can see, there were a lot of Spring florals that caught my eye!

Currently Reading

I love to read and always seem to have several books on the go. Curently I am loving this book:

It is a really intersting read and has inspired some organizing projects around our home lately, including the Organized Built-ins that I shared this week.

The fiction book that I can't put down during my bedtime reading is this one, a Reese's Booclub recomendation.

Living Room Gallery Wall Progress

I started a gallery wall project in our living Room before Christmas and I pressed pause on it over the holidays and am just now picking this back up again. I shared this collage of images a few weeks ago:

When I laid out the frames again, I decided on a different configuration and this is where I landed on the gallery wall:

This past week I orderd the digital prints, downloaded them and had them printed off at London Drugs. Hopefully next week I can share an update on this project, I can't wait to see these pieces together on the wall! While I was searching for the swan print that I swapped out for the tree prints, I came across a Canadian shop on Etsy called North Prints. I fell in love with many pieces, in particular this one:

That's a wrap!

Thanks so much for reading along! I hope you found some useful tips and inspiration in this post! We are currently on Spring Break over here and we are headed down to check on our lake place in Washington today. I am a little uneasy about crossing the border with the political climate being what it is, but we are also excited to visit this special place.

xo, Kerri
